Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the welding process manual, select appropriate welding processes and raw materials for welding product parts and equipment;

2. Dry welding rods, preheat parts, remove welding slag, and perform post weld heat treatment if necessary, and keep welding records to ensure welding quality;

3. After welding is completed, check for slag inclusion and incomplete penetration, and promptly carry out repair welding and re welding;

4. Regularly maintain welding machines, box furnaces, and drying ovens, and independently or collaboratively repair welding equipment.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Vocational school diploma or above, holding a welding certificate;

2. More than two years of experience as an electric welder;

3. Familiar with welding materials and corresponding welding requirements for various equipment, and proficient in using them;

4. Enterprising, highly professional, responsible, and possessing good professional ethics.
