Established in 2021, Shangdao(Hainan) Supply Chain Management Co,.Ltd. is a comprehensive enterprise mainly engaged in cold chain trade,
import trade and deep-processing of Spanish ham, salami and other meat products.
To realize the transformation from a trader to the source manufacturer, the company set up a 3000-square-meter processing plant based in
Yangpu Bonded Port Area of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan, to produce quality products---a remarkable industrial upgrade in
the course of its first-stage development. With the distribution network across the country, the company completes the supply chain from
the source of products, transportation, deep processing to sales and after-sales.
Located at the No.3 plant of Yangpu Bonded Port Area of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan, the company covers an area of 3300
square meter. With a first-stage investment of 30 million yuan and an investment for fixed assets of over 20 million yuan, the company has
established production line for ham slicing, which has gone into production.

A second-stage plan has been made to further set up a meat-processing plant covering an area of over 40 mu(approximately 26667 square meters).
Apart from the deep-processing of meat products like salami and Spanish ham----the main business in the first-stage development, the company
is to launch into the production and fermentation of salami, the raw materials of ham, ready-made food and pet food from the very first step.

Milestones
The predecessor of the company, Fengcheng Wuzhou Trading Co., Ltd., was established, marking its official entry into the import and export trade industry. A preliminary cooperation agreement was reached with Príncipe de Viana in Spain to introduce dozens of wines from the winery into the domestic market.
Zhejiang Oulai Import & Export Co., Ltd. was founded, formally establishing a strategic partnership with Príncipe de Viana. The company secured exclusive distribution rights as the China-region general agent for Príncipe de Viana and simultaneously formed strategic collaborations with affiliated wineries such as RIOJA VEGA, CLUNIA, ALBRET, and AGRONAVARRA.
Authorized by the Príncipe de Viana, the China-region Red Wine Supply Chain Management Center was established. This initiative aimed to enhance the efficiency of international shipping, domestic distribution, and logistics operations while optimizing domestic warehouse management for imported products.
Zhejiang Shangde Import & Export Co., Ltd. was established, headquartered in Yiwu, the "World Capital of Small Commodities." While further enhancing its import and export logistics operations, the company set up multiple offline ham and wine experience stores in Yiwu, progressively building a comprehensive supply chain system integrating import, transportation, and sales.
In November 2018, with the help of the Belt and Road Initiative, China and Spain signed a series of important economic and trade cooperation agreements. One of them is to expand the opening of the Chinese market to Spanish ham. With the help of initiate, the company reached strategic cooperative relations with Spain's FERMÍN、RODRÍGUEZ、VALENT、GRACIA CORRAL、EL NAVAZO and other brand ham enterprises to expand the business of fermented meat products such as Spanish ham and salami.
In 2018, President Xi proposed to explore the development of free trade ports with Chinese characteristics. In June 2020, the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Overall Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port; 11 key parks of Hainan Free Trade Port held their opening ceremonies simultaneously; In 2021, Shangdao settled in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, one of the 11 key parks, and became the first value-added enterprise of imported fermented meat products processing in Hainan Free Trade Port.
Shangdao (Hainan) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. invested more than 30 million yuan to build a plant covering 3300 square meters in the Yangpu Bonded Port Area of Yangpu Economic Development Zone, built a positive pressure aseptic production workshop, and completed the construction of ham slicing production line, and officially put into production in June. The first batch of value-added products, Spanish ham slices, was successfully declared out of the area.
