On September 1, Yin Libo, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Minister of the United

Front Work Department, led a delegation to conduct research on private enterprises in Danzhou Yangpu.

The visit aimed to gain firsthand understanding of business operations and solicit opinions and suggestions

regarding private sector work and the specific industry for the "15th Five-Year Plan" period (post-operation

closure period).

During the visit, the research team went to Shangdao (Hainan) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. to learn

about its operational status.

Yin Libo listened to a presentation by Xu Dongyong, Chairman of Shangdao, about the company and its

products. She also toured the workshop, inquiring in detail about production, operations, technological

innovation, market expansion, and policy-related needs.

Yin Libo emphasized that private enterprises are a new force in the construction of the Hainan Free Trade

Port and hold significant potential within the new development framework post-operation closure. She

urged various departments to further optimize the business environment and improve the mechanism for

responding to enterprise demands; to promote policy innovation, particularly by piloting reforms in trade

and investment liberalization and facilitation; to strengthen factor support, especially financing assistance

for technology-based enterprises; and to foster a cordial and clean government-business relationship,

establishing a regular platform for communication between government and enterprises. She stressed the

need to systematically compile enterprise suggestions into thematic reports for full incorporation into the

"15th Five-Year Plan" formulation. Relevant departments in Danzhou were called upon to address practical

difficulties faced by enterprises based on actual conditions, injecting strong momentum into promoting

high-quality development of the private economy.
